STR-Belgium was present at the meeting organized by the Airbnb community of the Brussels-Capital Region this Thursday, 21 September 2023.

This Thursday, 21 September, STR-Belgium took part in the meeting organized by the Airbnb Community of the Brussels-Capital Region. It was an opportunity for STR-Belgium to present a number of observations regarding the ordinance of 8 May 2014 (and the newly announced one — see news of 28 September 2023) and to inform Brussels hosts about the Government’s lack of justification, proportionality, and transparency in the development of the regulatory framework, which in practice leads to a ban on the category of tourist residences rented year-round. It was a rewarding moment of exchange for everyone involved — one to be repeated without hesitation!

STR-Belgium also took this opportunity to welcome new members to the association.
