According to Fiona, 61% of B&Bs and small holiday homes could close by the end of September. This could drastically impact the entire Scottish economy, given that the short-term rental sector contributes billions to it. Does the Brussels-Capital Region government have the same plans? Let’s hope not, and that the upcoming elections in the Brussels-Capital Region will allow for a more nuanced approach towards proportionate regulation!
